1. If you were interviewing you for this role, what's the one question you'd be most afraid they'd ask, and do you actually have a strong answer ready, or just a hope they won't ask it?
2. What's the real reason you want this specific role, not just "a job"? Would that reason survive being said out loud to the interviewer?
3. What assumption are you making about this company or role that you haven't actually verified? What would it take to check it before you accept an offer?
4. What's one piece of honest feedback you've received in the past that you still haven't actually addressed, and could an interviewer reasonably notice it too?
